Online services enable you to book & cancel appointments, order repeat medication and review your medical records.
Online consulting allows you to request advice regarding problems & symptoms from your GP by completing an online form. You can also use this service to raise administrative queries.
Online services are not available to patient's aged 11-16. Available online services are given below.

If you have already registered for online access and wish to apply to view your medical records online you can do so by downloading our Patient Guide, clicking the link at the end of the document and completing the form. You will require 2 forms of ID (photo ID & proof of address).
Proxy access allows an individual to access online services on behalf of another individual. This maybe useful for parents wishing to book appointments or order medications on behalf of their children. It may also be useful for carers to do the same for the person they care for. You will need to complete the request form and email it back to us at istwulfstan@nhs.net
