We opened in 2001 specifically to offer a convenient NHS GP practice with an emphasis on lots of available appointments and a courteous service.
We have succeeded in consistently having one of the highest satisfaction rates in the county. Access to appointments for both doctors and nurses is rated the highest in the county.
We do our best to see people on time. Receptionists don't quiz patients on why they want appointments and telephones are answered by people - not machines.
