We are temporarily stopping online booking for GP appointments
Posted on 10 Mar 2020
We have been advised by NHS England that we should not be offering face-to-face appointments with GPs that are bookable online, because of the risk of people coming into the surgery when they should be staying at home.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope this will be settled quickly.
Please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ for the latest up-to-date information about how you should be looking after yourself, how and when to contact NHS111.
You can still book blood pressure and blood test appointments with the Health Care Assistants, and contraception with the nurses. We are trying to encourage people to have telephone appointments when at all possible.
