Telephone appointments: Please remember that we cannot examine you over the telephone. If there is the slightest possibility that you will need to be examined, please make a face-to-face appointment. A telephone appointment is still an appointment and still takes time.
If you require telephone advice, please contact the surgery on our main telephone number, 01926 810939. The receptionist will ask you the reason you are requesting the telephone consultation, so that she can direct you to the right person. If you would rather not tell the receptionist, she will still be able to book you a face-to-face appointment.
Alternatively, you could call NHS Choices on 111. The NHS Choices operators will take details about your query then assign a member of their clinical team to call you back and discuss your query in more detail. If your request is not urgent, you could consider using the NHSChoices.
If your query is related directly to a life-threatening or emergency situation, you should telephone 999 immediately and ask for an ambulance.
Temporary Patients Please note that if you are not registered with us, we will only deal with problems that are really urgent. Pharmacists can advise on many minor illnesses. For problems that can wait, you should see your own GP.
